At Mountain Side Property Care LLC, we take pride in delivering reliable and high-quality property care services. Your satisfaction is very important to us.

1. Service Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with a service we provided, please contact us within 48 hours of completion.

  • We will review your concern and, if appropriate, return to re-perform the service at no additional cost.

  • If we are unable to reasonably resolve the issue, a partial or full refund may be issued at our discretion.

2. Prepaid Services

  • If you have prepaid for services and wish to cancel before the work is completed, you may be eligible for a refund of unused services.

  • Any services already performed are non-refundable.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Deposits (if required) may be non-refundable if materials or scheduling costs have already been incurred.

  • Completed services cannot be refunded once the work has been performed to industry standards.
